Ok... where to start....So Wednesday and Friday had been filled with preparing and cleaning away all that stuff we needed for Thursday's meeting. it was a lot of work, but it was also fun to work together like that... Thursday itself was great... really... I enjoyed it a lot.
I was at work that day at 7:00 and we started to prepare the last stuff like placing the tables and getting the microphone fixed and so on and getting the buffet ready (for the first break we had coffee and cookies). And then the first guests came who also wanted to show their stuff on little presentation-tables during the breaks so we helped them as well to get everything ready. And I also helped and the registration where the guests got their name-signs... so yeah we had been busy all morning up to 9:00 when the speeches started. Like around 9:30 I joined the group of listeners since before I still was too busy to go in there... But the presentations were not so interesting for me, since it was a lots of business stuff... So I busied my self with writing little part for our fanfiction on paper (@Jen: I need you help with that but I PM you later)... In fact I wrote like 4 A5-pages full of that (in a very small handwriting) during all those presentations all day... *wink* Yeah I know I'm a bad girl... During the first break I checked the buffet to make sure there was no trash lying around and that we didn't run our of water and juice... Then the next round of presentations started and again I could only go in there a little later, because I first helped to put all the dirty plates and cups together.
After the second turn of presentations we had lunch break which the guests got in the cafeteria. So I had the chance to go out and eat a Döner Kebab in the sun... then I helped out at the registration, because there were still a few people coming late and my colleague sitting there wanted to have a lunch break as well... The 3rd run of presentations was pretty eventful since we had a medical emergency. One of the guests broke down, I guess it was something like epilepsy... or so... Not sure. Anyway, we called the emergency and I ran forward to the main building of our school, so that they would send the doctor back to us (the building we were in is a little difficult to find...) But all went well and when the emergency drove to the hospital the guy was awake again. But really that was a lot of excitement. Well after that, through the presentations continued then, me and my friends didn't want to go in there so soon, we needed a little breather. So we cleaned out the front area where all those presentation tables were, because we had to make room for the ambulance before... And that gave us enough time to relax from that little shocking experience... Well then in the break after the 3rd round of presentations we had some coffee and cake for everyone. And again I made sure that there was enough for everyone... And I also had to go to the cafeteria, who took care of our buffet because we had of the emergency a 30 minutes delay, so planes needed to change a little. Anyway, after that break there was the last round of presentations and the last of those 3 had been held by my boss. And I have to say, his presentation was quite good and it felt so nice to see my results on the big screen...*wink* And I felt even a little more proud when he acknowledged me in his "thanks"... *grinning* After that there was a short goodbye-speech and then we got the final buffet with a lot of yummi finger-food... *grinning* So we stood there, ate, talked... up to... I don#t know... I guess 19:30 or so... Then we quickly packed our stuff together and I caught my train at 19:44 and an hour later I was home... FINALLY... I was so tired after that day, but it was really great! Well when I was home I first called my sweetie on the phone to tell him how things went, then I took a hot bath and then I went to bed... *lol* That was my Thursday...
So thanks to everyone who crossed their fingers for me and my colleagues and to everyone who wished us luck...
Now I hope next week will be as good as the last... But I guess I will be busy, too since I have to do some reactions in the lab...
@Jaspis: I'm glad to hear that the stitches are out now again... they are out, right? Hope you feel better...
@Kim: Always glad to be of service...*wink* About a convention... Well I like that idea, through I won't come... Afraid of flying...*shrug* But I'm sure there would be someone there with you, who I could call on the phone then, to be kind of there as well...*wink*
@Jen: Oh... ok... well it still won't be the same to watch Supernatural in the afternoon on another day then to watch it at night when they air it... Well... I know I'm weird...
@Jody: I wish you all the best for your first days at your new job... *crossing-fingers-for-you*
@Simo: Well I hope you had a save journey back home... and yeah... Welcome home boy! *hugs*

We will be able to look back on this day and laugh...
something really different. Hope the meeting was sucessful. 
But I am trying to find a way to kick start it again... I just really need some inspiration.... Or a good long vacation away from this sucking void I live in... As for Supernatural, you're not weird. I'd much rather watch a show when it airs, then tape it and watch it later. Taping it is to keep it and watch it in ten years when I feel like if I hadn't bought the DVDs yet. 
So time is limited...
