I know I shall not quote myself... but when no one else does and I for once have time... *shrug*

Oh and I'm not sure at the moment if the Ashon shimmer or flame... I'll check it later when I'm home...

Chrissy.W.x wrote:Martha felt a little dizzy for a moment, after being shimmered. When they had left the restaurant, Julian had guided her into an alley. And when he was sure no one else was around he had brought his grandmother down to the underworld, right in front of their door.
"Are you ok?" the man asked worried, when he saw the older woman looking a little uncomfortable.
Martha nodded: "I'm alright, just not used to shimmering."
Julian nodded smiling. Then he turned to face the door and took a deep breath. He knew this would't be an easy meeting, but now there was no way back. So with a wave of his hand he unlocked the door with his magic and opened it then to let his grandmother in.
Martha stepped in and found herself in something that looked more like a lounge than a lair. There was sitting area with a table in the middle and some shelves with books around. And in the back there was a desk filled with papers. And there even was a TV... Also a couple of doors led to other rooms, and there was a small hallway leading somewhere deeper in the cave as well. "Wow," she muttered, "that's really impressing."
"B. are you here?" Julian said after closing the door and locking it again.
Moments later the red demon appeared through the hallway and stopped dead in his movements when he saw who was visiting them.
Also Martha froze in her movements, when she noticed the demon... a red-skinned demon, dressed in black shirt and pants, wearing a white apron and carrying a dish-towel in hand.
Julian had a hard time not to laugh at that scene. Then he stepped in the middle, between them, and said: "Granny, this is my friend B." Then, turning to the Source, he added with a nod to the woman: "That's my grandmother, Martha."
Belthazor's eyes widened. Then he hastily cleaned his hands with the towel and threw it and the apron on a chair by his side, before stepping forward and taking the woman's hand to place a light kiss on it. "It's a pleasure to meet you," he said.
The woman looked at the demon with a mixture of confusion and amusement then, and replied: "The pleasure is mine."
Belthazor nodded and then quickly excused them for a moment before dragging Julian out of the room, leaving the smiling woman behind.
As soon as they were out of hearing-range the Source turned to his friend with an angry look on his face, asking: "Julian what are you thinking? Why did you bring her here?"
Julian flinched a little, knowing his friend had all rights to be angry. They had agreed to bring no one to their home without permission of the other. But this was his grandma, the only family he had left after his parents and siblings had kicked him out, literally. He'd do anything for her. "I'm sorry," he said therefore. "But you know how much she means to me. And when she asked to com here and see where I live and to meet you... I couldn't deny her that."
"I know," the demon replied more calmer now, "but you are going to ruin my reputation. I'm the Source of all Evil, after all."
Now Julian laughed: "Yeah, a fine Source you are, kissing the hand of an old woman, a witch."
"All your fault!" B. gave back, making Julian laugh even more.
But then he turned serious: "No, honestly, why did you do that?"
The red demon shrugged, his lower lip slightly pushed forward. Was he pouting? Then he said: "I don't know, I was acting on instinct. After all I know how much she means to you..."
Julian nodded, a smile on his face: "Yeah... But those instincts you were acting on, weren't those of a demon..."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Belthazor now shot back his eyes sparkling with anger.
Julian shrugged: "Nothing... except that your soul is not really demonic anymore... So you should try to not act on your instincts when you go to one of your meetings..." And with this his winked at his friend, before going back to the other room where his grandmother was still waiting.
Belthazor followed him wit his eyes, before ever so slowly a smiled formed on his lips... Then he shook his head and followed his friend...

In the classroom there was an unusual silence. Everyone from the 9th grade was sitting on their places, staring at the bord or the door.
"He's late," Tony remarked.
Ashley turned around to him, and oushed her classes up a little, before saying: "He'll be here, I'm sure."
"I bet he's a little nervous," Melissa said with a sigh. Some mumbled thier agreement.
"After all those messages we left him?" Tony asked.
Melissa looked at the other boy and shrugged: "Maybe especially because of that."
But Drew shook his head at this: "No, not him... I'm sure he'll be here soon.
"I hope you are right," Collin said from the back, "I'm getting bored." Everone laughed at this, turning around to the boy, who was known to always be bored in class. Either because he knew it all, or because he wasn't interested.
Suddenly they heard someone clear his throuat an all turned to the board to see Steve leaning agisnt the teacher's desk, a smile on his face.
"Good afternoon," he said then, when he had everyone's attnetion. And as soon as this was said, the class echoed back: "Good afternoon Mr. Moody."
Steve smiled at them and stood. he was about to go around the desk to the borard when a hand went up in the first row. "Yes Claire?"
"Mr. Moody... this might sound stupid, but... I haven't heard you enter, so... can you shimmer?" the girl asked a little shyly.
Steve smiled at her, then disappeared and reappeared right beside her. "Does that asnwer your question?"
"Coooool!" Tony and Collin exclaimed at the same time, making their teacher chuckle.
Then Steve tried to go to the bord again, saying: "Alright class, Miss Matthews told me you..."
"Mr. Moody?" Mellissa now asked, her hand raised.
Steve turned around with a raied eyebrow. "Yes, Miss Duncan?"
"I don't want to be rude, and if you think that's too private..."
Steve shook his head: "Why don't you just ask."
"She wants to know if it's true what they say about the Ashon..." Tony said.
Steve looked at him, trying to not let him see that this questioned worried him, because he wasn't sure where this was heading to. "Well what did they say about us?" he asked, making clear that he felt like one of them right from the start. "And who is 'they'?"
"Well, Mister Halliwell talked about the Ashon in the Advanced Demons - class," Drew explained after sending an angry look at Tony, which didn't go unnoticed by his teacher of course and almost made Steve smile. Then the young witch went on: "He told us, that the Ashon aren't like the usual demon."
Steve nodded. Chris had already warned him, that he and Cole would teach in this class about the Ashon, so that in the future, there won't hopefully less confrontations between them and the witches... The half-Ashon really apprechiated that, since he knew his kind would never attack a witch unless they are attacked first.
"So? you don't believe Mr. Halliwell then?" Steve now asked, with faked surprise.
"We do," Melissa now said, "I just thought it would be nice to get some first hand information."
Steve nodded: "Yeah but this is something for the demon-class not for spell casting."
"But you don't teach the demon classes," Collin now threw in.
At this Steve laughed and raised his hands in surrender. Then he leaned back aginst the desk and siad: "Ok-ok... I got it. So no spell-casting today... I'll answer your questions..."
And as soon as those words were said all his studentes raised their hands, everone wanting to ask something. Steve shook his head. If this would continue in all his classes, then this would be a very long week...

- Up There in the clouds, Odin was walking along after his talks with Leo and Paige. Those were only two of the talks he had to do today. And he was on his way to his third. This one, he wasn't looking forward to. This one, he knew, was going to be hard. It always was. Even after two months, Elenia was inconsolable. On more then a few occasions, she even attacked him when he tried to talk some sense into her. That was why she was still under house arrest. She still couldn't let go of the fact that Steve had embraced his demonic side.
- The other Elders, over the last couple of months, had debated endlessly as to whether or not to recycle her spirit. As it was, she was too dangerous to her fellow Elders, and quite possible to the world as well. They couldn't let her go unless she let go of her pain and anger. They didn't want to have to recycle her, but they were running out of options. She'd already sent a few Elders to be healed. Odin himself hadn't even escaped unscathed. Silas would joke to him that if they couldn't be healed completely and without scars, he'd have a great many battle scars to show off. Odin always groaned at Silas for those jokes.
- As Odin approached Elenia's prison, the two junior Elders standing guard came to attention. Odin knew they found their guard duty rather boring. At least until someone came to visit Elenia and ended up wounded. Her only saving grace, was that she had never actually tried to kill anyone. She'd just hurt them enough that they'd have to leave to get healed.
- "How is she doing today?" Odin asked the first Elder as he came to them.
- "She seems surprisingly calm," he replied. Odin nodded in acknowledgment than opened the door and walking inside. He didn't see her at first, but it only took him a moment to see that she was in her tiny garden, standing by a little fountain, no bigger than a bird bath. Slowly he walked out to her, careful not to startle her.
- "Get the H*ll out!" she said angrily without turning to face him.
- "Would you stop this maliciousness already. You're drowning all of Eastern Canada," he said, picking up the joke from Silas. She, of course, didn't laugh. But she didn't attack him either.
- "I get enough jokes from Silas. So I suggest you give it a rest right now and get out," she said, still never looking at him. He walked up to her, and around so he could see what she was doing. And what he saw both shocked and amazed him. She was sending little jolts of lighting through the water of the fountain, making it dance, so to speak. At least she has some control of her powers and emotions, he thought, watching the little show for a moment. Elenia let out a heavy sigh.
- "Well, if you're not going to leave, then, please, get it over with quickly," she said annoyed. They came to her almost every day, trying to console her, trying to get her to see the light. Different Elders, some only coming the once, others, like Silas and Odin, coming frequently. But always trying to do the same thing. Get her to accept that her son was a monster.
- "Elenia, please," Odin began, putting his hand on her shoulder. She knocked it away and glared at him.
- "Don't touch me. And don't plead with me either," she snapped, then moved away from him.
- "Elenia! You have got to stop this! You do realize that the other Elders are seriously considering recycling you? They view you as a threat," he said, trying to make her see reason. She turned around quickly, glaring at him.
- "They view me as a threat? Me? I'm not the monster! I don't kill innocents!" she yelled, taking a couple steps toward him. He held his ground.
- "No, you just maim Elders," he shot back, stopping Elenia in her tracks. "Do you even hear yourself? Day in and day out, it's ‘my son is a monster and everyone is against me.' But we are not against you, Elenia! We want to help you. But if you don't stop, sooner or later, not only will you lose your son, but you'll lose yourself as well." Odin never gave Elenia the chance to speak, for he turned away and left, leaving her behind, seething.

When Veronica saw Nicki enter Magic School's canteen she waved to her excited. They hadn't seen each other in a month, so she was very curious to hear what her friend had been doing.
Nicki waved back at her and went to the counter to get a plate full of today's best meal - a cicken pizza - before she went over to her friend. They hugged each other quickly but happily before theys both sat down again.
Nicki then smiled when she saw her friends wide grin, and then ask: "Ok, ok... what do you want to know?"
"Everything!" was Veronica's short reply which made Nicki shake her head.
"You are unbelieveable," she said then laughing.
"What?" Veronica gave back. "You are my best friend, so of course I wanna know every little dirty detail about what happened with you and your favorite half-demon on Hawaii..."
"Well what happend to you and your half-demon?"
Veronica grinned: "Oh he's fine... We enjoyed our time greatly, if you know what I mean... just he seems to have problems to find some items of his clothes now and then..."
Nicki laughed heartily at this. "Yeah... I can imagine that..."
Veronica smiled and took another bite of her own Pizza. Then she asked: "So... how are things between you and Steve? Is everything settled?"
Nicki nodded, while swollowing, then said: "He's perfect... I have the feeling things are even better now, between us. He's... yeah it's as if he's more free now. The fact that almost all the worries are gone does wonders to him, really."
"And you? How is all this for you?"
Nicki smiled at this question, knowing exactly what her friend wanted to know. "Well, I'm perfectly happy at the moment and so in love with him..."
"Yeah but..." Veronica didn't know how to say it.
But Nicki understood her anyway: "I love him Veonica, no matter if he looks like human or demon... In fact things can be very... interesting when he's letting his demon out..." And with this she winked at the woman in front of her.
Veronica's eyes grew wide, then she blushed. "Well," she said then, "I'm not sure if I could do that... I mean if Tom would be like this... I'm really happy that the Ühonixes look like humans..."
"Well basically the are human, they just sold their soul to the wrong side a long time ago..." Then she made a pause to eat another bite. "Well... and the Ashon aren't that bad, really... I spend about a week with them and..."
"WHAT?"
Nicki had to laugh at her friend's shocked expression. "Oh keep cool... No need to worry."
"Well my best friend spending a week with demons does worry me."
Her friend shook her head: "Ok, let me voice it differently: I spend aboput a week wiht my family... Steve became an uncle three weeks ago and Batim visited us and asked us to come down to them to see them. And believe me, Neadin and Shushuba are so wonderful little girls..." And this Nicki smiled widely. "And you know, Fegal is also a super-nice person. And she was really happy when I suggested to stay with them for a coupl of days to help them. Because well... giving birth had been tiring for her and with two crying babies I guess she was happy for the help..."
While Nicki had talked Veronica's eyes grew wider and wider. "You had been babysitting two demons? In the underworld?"
"Yeah!" Nicki gave back sounding a little annoyed. "You know what, you really should meet them, then you'd understand that they are less demonic than some of those lawyers or politicians we have... They are all very nice people."
"Ok, ok... Sorry. I didn't mean to sound the way I did. I know the Ashon are different, but still thsi is weird," Veronica appologized.
Nicki nodded: "Yeah I know..."
"And she got twins you said? Jesus, I'm sure they are a handful."
Her friend nodded laughing: "Oh they are..."

- Piper was sitting on the floor of the sunroom, playing with Wyatt, when Leo walked in. She waited a minute before saying anything, to see if Chris was coming in as well. When he didn't, she turned to Leo, who was turning on the television.
- "Where's Chris?" she asked her husband as he took a seat. Leo looked toward the kitchen, but couldn't see his son.
- "I don't know. He was asking some strange questions. Maybe he went to find out more," he said as he flipped through the channels until he got to the news.
- "Ah, do you really have to put that thing on?" the Charmed One asked when her husband turned up the sound a bit.
- "It's the news. I always watch the news at lunchtime," he said turning to his wife to give her an exasperated look.
- "Oh, no, you've got to be kidding!" Piper suddenly exclaimed, looking past Leo to the television.
- "What?" Leo asked, turning back to check the news. And sure enough their favorite creepy politician, Senator Egan, was in the middle of a speech. He turned up the volume some more, and Piper came over to sit beside him, leaving Wyatt to play with his blocks.
- Just then the front door opened and Phoebe and Cole entered. They looked around, and when they didn't see anyone, followed the sound of the television. They found Piper and Leo glued to the set, watching intently as the senator spouted on about tax hikes and job loses and that d*mned bill.
- "What is he trying to pull? Who's really going to believe that crap?" Phoebe said as she placed herself next to Piper and Leo.
- "Aunt Phoebe! Language!" Piper said, motioning to Wyatt, sitting not more than five feet away. Phoebe blushed a little when she looked at her grinning nephew.
- "Sorry. At least I didn't say s-h-i-t," she said, leaning into Piper, whispering and spelling the last word.
- "Phoebe!" her sister said, exasperated, while rolling her eyes. Phoebe just shrugged and turned back to the TV.
- "I really don't trust him," she said after a minute of watching Egan continue with his speech.
- "But you don't know for sure if he was telling you the truth about his tattoo or not," Leo said, knowing that what Phoebe had found out about the tattoo couldn't possibly mean the senator was demonic. There were too much evidence saying he was human.
- "I know, but I still don't trust him," she replied, eyeing the senator.
- "Of course you don't trust him... He's a politician," Cole joked. Everyone looked at him like he'd said the dumbest thing ever before starting to laugh.

- After Leo had left the kitchen, Chris made a quick decision and orbed to Magic School. Materializing in his apartment, he found Bianca reading a story to Hope. The little girl had calmed down since getting her shot this morning and now seemed quite content sitting in her mother's lap and listening to her voice. Chris smiled at the sight, enjoyed watching mother and daughter bonding.
- Bianca lifted her head a little when she realized she was being watched, and Chris took that as his cue.
- "How are my girls doing?" he said as he approached.
- "We're much better, thank you. It's amazing what a little food and a story will do," Bianca answered, shifting Hope in her arms. "How are things at the house? Did Piper like her garden?"
- "She loves it. And she's very proud of Wyatt," he replied before taking his daughter in his arms.
- "Sound like you're not jealous," she teased, a big grin forming on her face as she got up.
- "I'm not jealous! Why would I be jealous?" he scoffed. Turning to look at Hope, he made a face and she started giggling.
- "Oh, come on! I know you. Everything about Wyatt has always made you jealous. And you just said Piper was proud of him," she continued, enjoying the back and forth.
- "Wyatt's three! Of course she was proud of him! Planting a garden is much more difficult for a little kid. And I never said she wasn't proud of me. She was." A smug look came over his features, then he turned back to Hope. "Mommy's being silly again. She thinks Grams wasn't proud of me. But I know she was. She told me so." He kissed Hope on the cheek as the little girl giggled. Bianca just shook her head and laughed.
- "So, really, what's going on at the house?" Bianca asked after a few minutes of watching Chris playing with his daughter.
- "Well, Paige was just assigned a new charge," he answered, walking over to his favorite chair and sitting down with Hope.
- "Really? Who is it?" Bianca asked as she came to sit by them.
- "A future Whitelighter. Apparently, he works with Kyle. So she took Kyle with her to go meet him," he said, between making faces at Hope and making her laugh.
- "Well, I guess it's about time she gets her Whitelighter feet wet. It'll be good for her," Bianca said, thoughtfully.
- "Yeah, it will. And now I have to go. There's something I want
to do before anyone can stop me," he said as he got up and handed Hope over to her mother. "I'll be back before dinner. Love you," he said, then kissing his girls, he orbed away.

- While trying to convince Henry she was only interested in protecting him, she thought back to the coroner wheeling the body out of the room. She followed the path he'd taken with her eyes, wondering briefly where they were taking it, and figuring it must be the morgue.
- "...Darryl, they're taking the body to the morgue, right?" she asked, changing subject mid-sentence. Darryl almost did a double take at the speed with which the topic changed.
- "Ah, yeah. That's usually where they take bodies. Why?" he asked a little flustered.
- "So they would have taken the other two bodies from this morning there, too, right?"
- "Yes... What are you getting at?" Darryl asked, getting suspicious.
- "I want to see the bodies," she said matter-of-factly.
- "Paige, are you out of your mind? I can't take you to the morgue!" the lieutenant all but shouted at her, a look of incredulity on his face.
- "What? Just say I'm there to identify the bodies," she said, shrugging it off.
- "I already identified the bodies," Henry said, giving her the same look as Darryl. "And how is looking at the bodies going to help find out who's after me. If there is anyone after me," he continued, still skeptical about being in danger.
- "Well it doesn't have to be those bodies. Just say I'm there to identify a body. Any body. Then clear out the room and I'll take a quick look and see if I can figure out what de... device what used to kill them," she said, catching herself before she said "demon." Darryl shook his head in defeat.
- "Alright, fine. But do it quick," he said pointing at her. She raised her hands in surrender.
- "Okay, sure. I'll be fast. Just get me in there," she said before Darryl led the way out of the building, Kyle and Henry following behind. Once they made it to their cars, Paige and Kyle got in with Darryl. Henry followed them to the morgue, where they all got out and headed inside. It didn't take as long as Darryl thought to get them inside, and he was glad there was no one else in there at the moment.
- "Okay, do this fast. You never know when someone will come in," Darryl cautioned.
- "Darryl, you worry too much. It'll be fine," she said, dismissing him before moving to the slabs with the bodies she wanted to see. "Okay, what were their names?" she asked looking at the black body bags and checking the tags.
- "Taylor Branson, Jeffrey Richards, and Bradley Samson," Henry named them in no particular order. Kyle and Darryl helped him and Paige look for the names. Once they had them, they wheeled the stretchers next to each other and opened the bags.
- The first thing they noticed was the white hair on Taylor and Bradley. It was in stark contrast to the black body bags, and a strange sight on such young men. As the four continued to look over the bodies, Kyle was the first to notice the biggest differences between Jeffrey and the other two.
- "Hey guys, did you notice that Jeffrey doesn't have white hair like the others? Nor does he have a stab wound, but a gaping hole in his chest?" he said, leaning in closer to Jeffrey's chest wound, wondering what could have possibly made it. Paige moved away from Taylor's body to stand next to Kyle.
- "That's strange," she said simply while taking a closer look herself.
- "I've never seen anything like it before. What weapon could possibly leave a charred hole in a man's chest like that?" Henry asked, coming up on Kyle's other side.
- "Oh, you'd be surprised," Paige mumbled to herself. She'd seen many energy and fire ball wounds in her time, but there was something different about this one. "Were there any witnesses when he was killed?" she asked Henry.
- "Just me," he admitted. Everyone in the room turned to him, shocked.
- "What did you see?" Paige asked wide eyed.
- "Well, nothing really. I was around the corner when it happened. I heard the screams and saw a flash of light. When I got to him, he was dead and there was no one in sight," he explained, the events of that morning still bothering him. Paige thought for a moment, trying to figure out what it could have been. A demon, obviously, but what kind. An energy or fire ball could account for the flash of light and burn mark. Shimmering, materializing or flaming could account for the lack of a suspect. That wasn't much to go on. And the other two? They were almost identical crimes. Knife wounds and white hair each. Both found in locked rooms. Of course, locked rooms never stopped demons. And some tended to use athames. But the white hair? She couldn't think of a single demon who would suck the color out of people's hair, or a reason for it. But one thing was for sure, she was going to take a trip up to the attic once she got home.
- "What are you thinking, Paige?" Kyle asked, watching her for a moment.
- "I'm thinking this is going to be a tricky one. And I'm going to need my sisters," she answered.
- "Sister psychics?" Henry said skeptically. Before Paige could respond, a noise was heard in the hallway.
- "I think we better get out of here. Did you find what you were looking for?" Darryl asked quickly, hoping she had before someone caught them.
- "Yeah, I think I'm good," she replied, taking one last look at Jeffrey before zipping up the bag, as the others did the same with the other two. Darryl stood by the door, holding it open until everyone was out and took up the rear. They passed by a coroner's assistant as they left the building, making Darryl sigh in relief once they were outside.
- "Well, I better get back to the station, start filing my report," he said while walking to his car.
- "Take Henry with you," Paige said, and got an annoyed look from both Henry and Darryl.
- "I'm not a kid. I can take care of myself," Henry said while opening his car door.
- "Maybe, but I still think you're in danger. And right now the best place for you would be a crowed police station," she said, putting her foot down.
- "Fine. But I'm not going back because you told me to. I have paper work of my own to do," he said before getting in his car and driving away.
- "Darryl, please keep an eye on him? And call me if anything happens?" she asked.
- "Alright. You really think he's in danger?" the lieutenant asked, standing beside his open car door.
- "Yes, I do. Just watch out for him. Thanks," she said. Darryl nodded, then got in his car and followed after Henry. Kyle turned to Paige then, knowing it was their turn to leave.
- "Back home?" he asked her.
- "Yup. And to the Book," she replied, and taking his hand, orbed them back to the manor.

Chrissy, the row of * is a place holder for that scene you wanted to write. And since we are short on time, I thought I'd write the next scene and you could just post yours when you have the time. If you think your scene would do better somewhere else, than that's fine too. Anyway, I hope you like it!

When Chris materialised in the nursery he found his little baby-brother still asleep, so he leaned on the side of the bed and watched him for a moment. He was still amazed by him. One would think, after nearly a year of having the little boy around, and especialyl after meeting an all-grown-up Christopher that he by now was used to him. And in a way he was, absolutely. But on the other hand Chris was still amazed. In a way this little kid was him, and then not him at all. In a way it was like if he could watch his life again, but this time from the outside, but he knew the life of the young one would be nothing like the life he had led so far. No, Christopher's life would be so much better. He himself had promsied him that. But still... if was so weird to see him there in bed, sleeping peacefully, like he once did, 23 years of his own life ago...
"I should have asked myself if I'd ever get used to that..." he muttered to himself.
That was when the little boy started to stir slightly, and then ever so slowly opened his eyes. And when the little boy saw who was watching him, he giggled happily and reached out for his big brother with his small hands.
"Good morning, sleepy head," Chris said as he took his brother out of his bed. He sniffled on his butt and then wrinkled his nose: "And smelling you do, too... How nice." Then he grinned and went over to the sideboard tochange the little boy's diapers, all the way hoping that Christopher would stay calm and not alwert their mother that he was awake again already. So while he undressed the boy he sang a little song with a low voice, making his brother giggle some more.
"Geeze... spinach for lunch, huh? Poor boy," he then said, making a face. But Christopher just giggled happily...
A few minutes later the little boy was dressed again. "Now you look ready for you big adventure," Christopher said as he took the boy to his arms. Then he left a note in the bed, so that his mom won't freak and orbed with the little boy away.

A few moments later Chris and Christopher where standing on a central place up there in Elder-land. The little boy looked around curious. Then pointed at a few Elders saying: "O... O..."
Chris grinned at this: "Yeah uncle Odin is somehwere around here, too... but today you are going to meet someone else..."
Chriostopher's head turned back to his brother, a curious look on his face, while Chris started to move. He went down a passage way that let to a more secluded area. The place looked not much different from the rest of the world of the Elders, just there were not much Elders around. Instead this place was filled with young whitelighters, those who just got their wings in the last couple of months, and were still in the process of training.
And now Chris noticed the mistake in his plan. It was one thing to bring his brother to his place, but... he should have checked before for who he was actually looking. He knew a name, but that was all... To his luck, he was found before he even really started to look around.
"Christopher?!" a voice behind him exclaimed. And when Chris turned around he looked into the eyes of a young man who looked a little pale. Then Chris realised that he probably gave that man quite a shock with his appearance.
"Oh, no, sorry... I'm Chris," he said and extended his hand, which the other one mechanical took to shake, "Chris Halliwell, and you must be Rafael, right?"
"Yeah," the whitelighter said slowly, still confused.
Chris kept smiling at him and then gestured to a bench: "You like to sit with me a moment?" Rafael nodded and followed the Elder-witch to take a seat by a water fontaine.
"So... I guess I need to explain things a little," Chris then started again, while little Christopher in his arms looked curious at the other man. "The one you met, Christopher, is my brother... You know this is a long story, I once came back from the future..."
"Oh I know," Rafael interrupted him, "I heard the story about you... Everyone here knows..."
"Oh," Chris just said, feeling a little embarresed.
" I... I'm sorry I was just confused because you look so much like him..." Rafael explained then, his face gaining back some color. "For a moment I thought he was back and getting me into trouble. But it's a pleassure to meet you."
"Oh, the pleassure is mine," Chris then said, smiling even more. Rafael really seems to be the right one for the job. When his mom had told him about Christopher's future whitelighter he was a little bit worried about the fact that Rafael was new to all this, but from what Chris now saw, he seemed to have his heart at the right place.
(Can you say it like this in english? It's the translation of a German saying, meaning that someone is a good one, who cares for others and is always there for them.)
Rafael smiled back at Chris. He tried to relax, knowing that there is nothing to worry about. He had had a long talk with Odin after he had met a Halliwell the lat time, and through he still felt a little uncomfortable when he thought about his task in the future, he had also learned a lot in the last weeks to know he could do it. When the time would be there, he would be ready. Still the other man impressed him. He knew by know about Chris' history, as he had said. But he not only knew the common version, but also some details that Odin explained to him. And he knew that Chris is the heir of Excalibur, as well as Christopher will be. But still he seemed so normal to him, and so different than his charge had been when he met him. But... "What can I do for you?" he asked.
Chris sighed: "Well... I thought it's time for you to meet your charge, even if Piper will kill me for that since she said that Christopher is too young but... I thought it's good that you both know each other, so..." And with this he shifted Christopher a little so that he could see the whitelighter more properly. Then he turned to the boy and pointed at the man: "Christopher? This is Rafael... he's a friend of mine, and he likes to meet you."
Christopher looked at the man with big eyes, his thumb in his mouth. Then he suddenly smiled, his eyes sparkling, and clapped his hands before he orbed and reappeared on Rafael's lap.
The whitelighter was startled at first but then, put his arms around the small boy to make sure he didn't fall.
Chris meanwhile just stared at his brother with an opene mouth, but then he started to smile. "Oh my... you just orbed! Oh you are such a smart boy..." Then turnning to Rafael he said: "Don't tell my mom that her baby just orbed for the first time while she wasn't there, oh to top it, while he was here... Beause she sure as h*ll will try to blow me up for that!"
At this Rafael had to laugh and also Chris couldn't help it. But then the whitelighter turned seriopus again: "I can't believe he's so small."
"I know... But he already seems to like you," Chris said. Then he rose. "You know? I need to talk to Odin for a moment. do you mind to baby-sit a little? You a few minutes."
Rafael looked unsure from Chris to Christopher and back: "Well I'm not sure I never..."
"Great!" Chris said. "I'll pick him up in a couple of minutes." And before Rafael could protest, he orbed away.

Sorry, if the second part is a bit crappy. my colleague distracted me all afternoon. I will re-read it tomorrow and maybe if necessary I'll edit it a little... Still I hope you like it...

Well, it was only 4 pages in my program... So it wasn't that long... lol As for progress, well, since we only have about 6(?) weeks left to finish this, I think we'd better get moving! lol

Anyway, here's my next contribution... Hope you like it!

Chrissy.W.x wrote:When Chris materialised in the nursery he found his little baby-brother still asleep, so he leaned on the side of the bed and watched him for a moment.

- As Darryl pulled into the precinct parking lot, he spotted Henry, who'd arrived first, standing outside his car, arms crossed over his chest. And he was obviously waiting for him. Darryl was pretty sure he wanted to ask about Paige and how she knew he was in danger. He'd been going over in his head what he would say if Henry asked, and it looked like he was going to.
- So Darryl got out of his car and walked toward the precinct door, Henry coming up beside him. Henry held his tongue as other officers walked by, knowing what he was going to ask was better kept between the two of them. They made it inside, still avoiding saying anything because of the crowd. An unusually large crowd. Police officers, suspects and victims were everywhere. Darryl briefly wondered if some big disaster had happened since this morning, but was sure if one had, he would have heard about it. He exchanged looks with Henry, then the two headed into Darryl's office to have their talk.
- "Well? Who is this Paige anyway? And what gives her the nerve to say I'm in danger?" Henry said vehemently, the second the door was closed.
- "Paige is a good person who has the abilities to be able to help people," Darryl said, getting defensive.
- "Oh, right, she's a psychic. I almost forgot," the parole officer said sarcastically, not moving from his spot by Darryl's desk.
- "What do you have against psychics, Henry? They've helped close cases all over the world. Cases that we would never have been able to solve," the lieutenant said forcefully moving closer to Henry and almost getting in his face.
- "I have nothing against psychics. Any help in solving cases is welcome. But what I do have a problem with, is some person coming up off the street and telling me I'm in danger," he shot back, glaring at his superior.
- "Paige isn't just anyone. She's a good, old friend who's help more people than you could possibly imagine. And if she sais you're in danger, than I believe her. And I will make sure you stay out of trouble until the danger's passed. Got it?" Darryl said in a commanding tone. It was evident from the look on the other's face that Henry didn't like it. Sure, this Paige was an old friend of the lieutenant's. And she just happened to be a psychic. But the thought of this slight woman protecting him from some unknown threat, just didn't sit well. ‘Cause really, what kind of threat could there be out there that he couldn't handle with his gun?
- Darryl was still staring at him, waiting for an answer when a loud crash could be heard in the reception area. They both looked in the direction of the door for a moment, then Darryl turned back to Henry.
- "Got it?" he repeated himself, not wanting to let Henry get away with not answering.
- "Got it," Henry answered annoyed. Then both men headed out of the room to see what was going on.

- Bianca was still standing, Hope in her arms, and shaking her head at Chris's mysterious departure, wondering what on Earth he was up to this time, when the phone rang. She looked at Hope who had turned to look for the source of the sound, and smiled.
- "Let's go see who that is, shall we?" she said, caressing her daughter's cheek, then shifter her arm as she neared the phone. Her cell was sitting on the kitchen counter, still ringing away, when she picked it up and checked caller I.D. Her face lit up when she read the name then quickly answered.
- "Hi Angela! How are you?" she said into the receiver, then turning to Hope said, "it's Auntie Angie." The little girl let out a giggle and smile at this.
- "Bianca, hi. I'm good. How are you and the little one? How did her doctor's appointment go?" Angela asked, genuinely interesting in her friend's morning.
- "I'm fine, and Hope is doing much better now," she told her friend. "Aren't you Hope?" she then said to her daughter. The little girl laughed again.
- "Oh, did something happen?" Bianca's friend asked concerned.
- "Oh nothing major, she just didn't like getting the needle and it seemed to take forever to calm her down after. But she's good now. She's even smiling and laughing. Oh, and reaching for the phone. I think she wants to talk to you," Bianca said laughing as Hope's little hand touched hers as she tried to grab the cell phone.
- "Let me speak to her," Angela said, laughing herself. Bianca pulled the phone from her ear and placed it next to Hope's.
- "It's Auntie Angie," she told her little girl.
- "Hi Sweetie. How are you?" Angela said, the smile on her face, evident in her voice. Hope giggled at the sound of her voice.
- "Auntie! Auntie!"
the giggled reply sounded like as, surprise registered on her face at the sound of her auntie's voice coming from this strange little black thing against her ear. That made her mother laugh. She loved seeing her daughter's reaction to new things. The amazed looks were always so cute. And sometimes she made the same faces when she did something more than once, like talk on the phone.
- "I hear you had a big morning," Angela continued, unable to stop smiling. Hope giggled in response.
- "Don't tell Mommy, but you know what? I don't like needles either. They're big and scary. Just like demons," she teased the little girl, and wishing she could see her face. Though Bianca couldn't hear what Angela had said, she did see the look on Hope's face change to wide eyed at the mention of demons. The little girl whined her displeasure of both needles and demons, pouting and making her mother wonder what she'd been told.
- "But you know what I do like? Teddy bears and soft blankets and being all nice and cozy and warm," Angela continued, knowing the little girl would like those words. And she was right. Hope's face changed again, and she smiled and giggled and unexpectedly orbed her teddy bear to her and held it tight. Bianca blinked at the bear now also in her arms then laughed before taking the phone back from her daughter.
- "
She just orbed her teddy bear! What did you tell her?" she asked her friend, amazed.
- "Really? That's great! But what I said is between your daughter and me," she said coyly, then changed the subject. "So, how's Chris?"
- "Ah huh . . . Funny you should ask. He came by here a few minutes ago, then just took off on some mystery mission. I have no idea what he's up to this time," Bianca said still wondering what her husband could possibly be up to.
- "Well, Michael's still here, so they aren't up to anything together this time," Angela said, then said to someone in the room with her, "say hi to Bianca, Michael."
- "Hi Bianca!" Bianca heard Michael say and couldn't help but laugh.
- "Yeah, they may not be up to anything together this time... Yet. You never know with those two," the Phoenix said while still laughing.
- "Oh, don't tell me that. I hate it when they are up to something," her friend said.
- "Who's up to something?" Michael could be heard asking in the background.
- "You and Chris," Angela said, sounding annoyed.
- "Oh? We're up to something again? Good to know, good to know," he said, sounding blasé. Bianca burst out laughing at their little exchange, picturing the exasperated look on the other woman's face. Hope looked up at her, wondering what was so funny.
- "Men," the woman said then sighed.
- "Love you too, Honey," Michael said, much closer this time. Bianca could hear the sound of a kiss right after he said that.
- "You know, if you two want to be alone..." she started, still laughing.
- "Not right now I don't!" Angela said, laughing herself. "But I do have to go anyway. You know how it is. Work, chores, appointments, errands. It never ends."
- "Oh, I know exactly what you mean. Talk to you later," Bianca said while looking down at Hope.
- "Later," Angela said, then hung up the phone. Bianca put her cell back on the counter then turned her full attention to Hope.
- "And speaking of things to do. It's time for your bath," she told her daughter, who grinned widely, as they headed toward the bathroom.

I couldn't remember if Hope can orb things or not. If not I can change it. Just let me know.

- As Egan's speech continued, so did the commentary. Phoebe wanted to know more, needed to know more, but Leo advised her not to go snooping around the Senator, because he was a Senator, and because nothing supernatural had happened around him yet. At least nothing that they knew of. Cole concurred with Leo, knowing she'd only get herself into trouble if she did. Even Piper wanted her to be careful. If they were wrong...
- But once the speech was done, the debate ended with it and the subject changed to a much friendlier subject.
- "So how was lunch? No food poisoning?" Piper asked, mostly teasing. They'd had to find a temporary supplier for the restaurant since their usual one was going through major renovations after a fire. Piper had checked them out from top to bottom and had found nothing bad. They had been the best she could find and decided to pay their inflated prices rather than use a second rate supplier. And since it was only temporary, she was pretty sure she could afford it.
- "Yes, I threw up five times since we left the restaurant. Of course not! Lunch was delicious. And if you're not careful, I might start eating there instead of here. That cook is really good," Phoebe said, teasing her sister. Piper scrunched up her face at her. Wyatt giggled when he saw her, and Piper turned to him and made more faces, making him laugh even more. The little boy's laugher was contagious and soon everyone in the room was laughing too.
- "Oh, you know, we met Julian's grandmother, Martha today. She was having lunch with him when I got there," Cole said once the laughter subsided.
- "Really?" Piper asked, turning her attention to her brother-in-law while holding her son.
- "Yeah, she was really sweet," Phoebe added, thinking back to the older woman she'd met at lunch.
- "She was fascinated with Phoebe and would love to meet all of you," Cole continued.
- "Well I'd like to meet her too. After all, I probably wouldn't have my own restaurant if it wasn't for her," Piper said, turning her attention partially back to Wyatt.
- "Hey, you could have gotten a restaurant seven years ago instead of the club if you'd wanted. Prue and I still would have supported you," Phoebe said crossing her arms.
- "Don't you mean Prue would have supported me? Financially at least, since you were still out of work," Piper poked back, a smug look on her face. Leo and Cole exchanged looks that said here-we-go-again. Phoebe's face dropped.
- "That's mean! I was still trying to find myself! And I went back to college later that year if you remember," Phoebe said, getting mock angry.
- "Oh I remember. And also, college is where you ran into a particular demon who tried to kill us," Piper went on, turning her gaze to Cole.
- "Hey! Keep me out of this. That was a long time ago, and I'm different now. Really different," Cole said putting his hands up in surrender.
- "Why don't we go into the kitchen and let the girls talk this out?" Leo said while picking up Wyatt.
- "Good idea," Cole agreed then followed Leo out of the room. Both Piper and Phoebe stuck their tongues out at their men as they disappeared around the corner. Once they were completely out of sight they both started laughing as quietly as they could as they sat down on the wicker sofa.
- "That got rid of them," Phoebe said, grinning as she put her arm around her sister's shoulders.
- "Yup. Sure did," Piper said, still laughing a little. "So, Martha really is nice?"
- "Oh, absolutely! She's a sweetheart. You and Paige will love her," the middle sister said, feeling content.
- "I'm sure we will," the eldest agreed. "And Egan? You really think he's a threat?" she asked, looking at her sister, concerned.
- "Yes I do," she answered simply, the smile fading from her face as she thought about the senator.
- "Well, look into it. But be careful. You know what will happen if we're wrong," Piper cautioned.
- "I thought you were on Leo's side?" Phoebe asked, looking curiously at her big sister.
- "He's my husband. I have to agree with him now and again. Keeps the marital balance," she said giving her little sister a wink. Then both of them started to laugh again.

Martha couldn't help smiling at the scene before her. She never had thought she'd really enjoyed her time in the underworld, but she did. Julian had showed her around a little, showed her his little "flat" has he called it. And Martha had to admit it didn't look like a cave, not at all. Of course she wasn't allowed to see all of this place, but at least the part that belonged to her grandchild.
Then they had returned to the sitting area in the main room, where to her surprise stood a cup of coffee for everyone and some cookies. Belthazor had already sat there, but rose when Martha and Julian entered.
"Oh please... keep sitting," Martha had said, but still she was very pleased. Julian had been right, this demon might be the Source of all Evil, but on the other hand he was a nice and friendly and polite being, and surely no one to be afraid of.
So they sat together, drank coffee and talked for about an hour.
Right now, Belthazor was laughing so much about the story Martha had just told. It was a story about Julian, who as kid fought with a guy who was two heads larger than him. But he tricked with his powers so he won. First Julian's parents wanted to lecture him about personal gain and stuff, but then Martha explained to them that this other kid was a bully and not one of the nice once. So they did let it go in turn for Julian to baby-sit his sister who then painted him over and over in finger-paint...
It was heartwarming to see that red demon laugh... and also Julian. Martha hadn't seen her grandchild laugh since the day his parents had told him that he wasn't welcome any longer. That day Martha had left as well, not in the smallest bit agreeing with them. Julian was still a good one, and that would never change. No, on the contrary... he seems to have a very good influence on Belthazor. 'Maybe that's the best way to fight demons?' the old woman thought. 'Not kill them but make them your friends, make them good...'

After the laughter slowly died down, Martha sighed, turning to the demon. "I'm sorry," she said. "I really enjoy your company, but I'm afraid I have to go now. My Chinese Checkers Club is meeting today, and I still owe Mrs. Norris a return game..."
At this Belthazor's eyes lit up: "You play Chinese Checkers???"
The older woman looked at the Source with raised eyebrows, while Julian could hardly stop himself from laughing. "I do," the woman said then.
"Oh that's great," Belathzor replied smiling widely. "We have to play a match one day... that is, if you don't mind to play against a greenhorn like me. I just started to play it a while ago..."
Martha looked from the demon to her grandson who now grinned widely. "I taught him," he then explained.
The older woman then looked back to the demon and said: "It would be a pleasure for me. And if Julian taught you how to play, then I'm sure you will be am interesting opponent."
Belthazor smiled honestly at her: "The pleasure would be mine..."

Finished that scene... Hope you like it... Actually I surprised myself with that, since the "Chinese Checkers"-idea came by writing... *lol*

Chris was not very happy when he went back to the area of the young whitelighters. He had found Odin right after the Elder had talked to Elenia. At first Odin had hoped that Elenia would calm down and that, as soon as Steve is back, they could try to talk things through. But Chris knew better, and by now Odin did, too.
Still, even if Chris knew that would not work, since he was sure, that this was what that talk had been about that he had overheard in the future... Even Chris knew, he still couldn't understand it, and it still * him off, that an Elder could be so closed-minded.
But as soon as he returned to that little secluded place, his anger faded and in fact he began to smile widely. There, on that bench by the water fontaine, right where he had left them, was Rafael sitting with a giggling Christopher on his lap. The whitelighter was creating little animals out of clouds, and Christopher tried catching them with his hands, and giggled happily when they faded as soon as he touched them.
Shaking his head about the fact that his little brother easily had wrapped his whitelighter around his finger as it seems, he went closer to the two of them. "Having fun?" he asked, smiling.
Rafael looked up at this, a little bit startled, but smiled. "Yeah..." he said, while looking at the small boy again, creating a cloud-bunny. "Christopher seems to like me..."
Chris nodded: "You, or your animals, or... he likes both." he sat down by their side and added after a moment: "I'm glad you two get along so well. I might bring him for a visit more often. I just have to make sure that our mom never finds out about that."
Rafael grinned at this. "Be sure, my mouth is sealed."
"Well, you never had to tell with my mothers inquisition-technique..." Chris replied, which made the whitelighter laugh. And also Christopher laughed clapping his hands in delight, through he had no idea what the fun was about.
Chris really was happy that Rafael was at ease with the boy around. And for his little brother it was the same. It was clear that he liked the whitelighter, or else he wouldn't be that open. But then he sighed, because he knew it was time to go... and when there was one thing that his brother didn't like, then it was to be forced to stop whatever he enjoyed at that moment. "Well little brother," he said as he picked the boy from the whitleighters arms, "time to go home, mommy is surly already waiting for you..." And as the Elder-witch had thought, his brother started to cry, not wanting to leave his new, cool friend.
"Oh come on, I promise you'll see him again soon..." Chris said, making the boy look from one to the other, still sobbing a bit.
Rafael smiled at Christopher then and nodded: "I'm looking forward to see you soon... I'll be here, waiting for you. I promise."
Chris smiled at the man, then turned to his brother again: "And I bet you are hungry, aren't you?" At this the Christopher nodded.
Rafael smiled again. "Food is always a good bait, isn't it..."
"Absolutely," Chris replied. Then he rose the boys hand to wave at the whitelighter. "Bye bye," he said, and the next second they both disappeared in orblights.
Rafael started at the now vacant spot by side for a moment, then he smiled. Yeah, Christopher was really a cute boy and he would do all in his power to help him.

Kyle slowly jogged down the stairs. He had Paige had been orbed back to the manor a couple of minutes ago. Or to be more exact, they had orbed to the attic. Paige had immediately run to the book and started flipping through it. Kyle had tried to talk to her, wanted to know what she thought was going on, but Paige was too submerged in her search, she only gave him short, monosyllabic answers. So with the sigh, kyle had told her he'd get them their sandwhiches from earlier. That's why he was now on his way to the kitchen, hoping that no one else had eaten their lunch...
When he passed by the doorway to the livingroom he paused a moment. Inside there were Phoebe and Paige, talking quitely and giggling like schoolgrils. Kyle shook his head and then continued his way.
In the kitchen he found Leo and Cole, who were just puitting away the last bit of plates. "Hey;" he greeted them as he went in and over to the fridge.
"Hey you are back," Leo gave back.
But before he could ask what he wanted to ask, Kyle said: "I hope you haven't eaten our lunch." And when he opened the fridge he found a plate there with two halfway eaten sandwhiches. "Ahhh... there it is."
"Well..." Leo tried again, but this time Cole beat him to it, making the Elder sigh.
"Are you done with moving in, yet?" he asked.
"No," Kyle replied, while closing the fridge again. "Just about half of my stuff is still in the appartment, but I doubt we'll make much progress since Paige is now super busy with her charge."
Cole looked at the man with wide opened eyes: "Paige has a charge?"
"Yupp, since today..."
"Who..."
This time Leo was faster: "Did you find him? Any clues to what's going on?"
Kyle sighed: "Yes and no... it seems his parolees are killed by a demonic thing... But that's all we have so far. Paige is studying the book." And with this he pointed to the ceiling.
"So it's one of your colleagues? But not a witch, right?" Cole asked, knowing that if there was a witch at the department, they would already know about it.
Kyle just nodded at this, thoughtful. Then he shook his head to clear his mind, then he asked: "Why are you hear and not in the livingroom?"
"Well," Cole sighed.
The Elder grimaced: "The girls do have a little fight?"
Kyle looked at his friends a moment, then he started to laugh. And when he saw the confused faces of the others he explained: "Well, they fooled you quite nicely. When I passed the livingroom, they were haven a very peaceful chat, in fact they seemed to have a great and happy time together." And with this he winked at the other two and left the kicthen to head back to his super busy girlfriend. But when he returned to the attic a couple of moments later, he just saw some fading orblights by the book.
With a sigh he placed the plate on the old table and went over to see what Paige had been looking at. "Insomniata - the dark queen of nightmares," he read frowning. Under that title there was a picture of a really ugly looking woman, with a dagger in her hand. "Wow..." he muttered and continued reading.

"Wow, what a mess," Henry muttered, as he picked up some of the files that where spread around everywhere, and Darryl who was doing the same could only nod.
There had been a guy gone crazy because he was arrested. He had rioted quite a bit, even with his hand cuffs on. he had turned two desks upside down and broken three chairs before he could be stopped. Now he was safely locked away in a cell. Still there was this mess he had left behind to clean up...
"Ups... what the * happened here?" a female voice suddenly asked, startling the two men.
"Paige?" Darryl asked. "Didn't thought you'd be back that quickly."
The witch-whitelighter stepped closer, careful, not to step onto those papers and other stuff. "Yeah," she said while looking around some more, "I had a bad feeling in my guts that something's going on here..." Then she turned to Henry: "Seems I was right..."
The parolee officer rose an eyesbrow, then shook his head. "Nothing happened here, just a crazy guy gone wild... nothing to worry about."
"Yeah I can see that," Paige replied, gesturing to the little cut over Henry's left eye.
"Well Paige," Darryl interupted them as he plaed another pill of paper onto that replaced desk. "have you found anything yet about our case?"
"I'm not sure yet... I need more infromations..."
"More informations?" Henry asked. Then turning to his colleage he added: "Do you wanna give her the case-reports now?"
Paige grinned at him: "In fact that would be a great idea..."
Henry rolled his eyes at this and steppe closer to the small red-head. "Ok, lets get this straight: I don't trust you and your boo-hoo very much, and this is still an unsolved case, so there is no way you can have a look on those reports, got it?"
"Henry," Darryl tried to calm the mood.
"Well, whatever, since here'S everything under contol..." Paige said turning to leave again.
Darryl and Henry follwed her with their eyes, the latter shaking his head. But before Paige left she turned around one last time saying: "If I were you, I'd do all I can to stay awake... Just in case I am right with my suspisions." Then she winked at the two men and left.
Now Henry frowned, turning to his colleague again. "What was that supposed to mean?"
but the other just shook his head: "I don't know, but I would do as she said..."

Note: Oh Jesus... there are too mayn 'r' and 'y' in those names... *wink* I typed Henryl and Darry a couple of times... *lol*

Well, at least I try...
@Jen: 3 things! 1. There is something marked red... I know you are pretty off with your brain, but please help me out there (just edit this post). 2. I can't check this now for any mistakes - no time... But I will as soon as I have my computer back at home. 3. if you think it's too early for the last scene I can always move it to a later point...

And now have fun reading this, and maybe.. just maybe you get a bit inspired as well...

The two sisters where still sitting on the sofa, laughing about a joke one of them had made when they heard someone clearing his throat. Looking around they found Leo and Cole standing in the doorway, their arms crossed in front of their chests, while Wyatt ran over to them and jumped on the sofa besides his mother.
"Hey guys," Phoebe said, waving sheepishly.
"Hey, yourself," Cole replied and went closer. "I see you really have a strong fight, right?"
"Well..." Piper said as Leo went closer as well.
"We did fight," Phoebe assured.
Cole rose an eye brow: "Yeah... sure..." Then he leaned over her and started to tickle her.
Piper could help lauhing, especially because Leo started tickling her as well...
Wyatt watched them a moment, then he joined in the fun, helping his dad to tickle his mom.
"Oh... two... against... one... is unfair!!!" Piper complained laughing...
They continued to be childish for another few minutes until Leo suddenly froze and then rose. "Sorry," he said, and then added pointing to the ceiling, "they are calling..."
"Oh..." Piper said.
"Don't go, Daddy!" Wyatt excalined, making both Leo and Piper sigh. "Wanna play more..."
"Hey buddy," Cole said, seing their sad expressions, "what do you think about going to the playground with me?"
"Can we build a sand-castle?" the little boy asked, his eyes sparkling again.
"Sure we can!" Cole said ruffling Wyatt's hair.
Piper smiled, then and took the boy's hand. "Come one then, I'll get yopu ready." And with that she led the boy to the hallway.
"Thanks," Leo said, still a bit sad. He didn't like to leave his family alone all this much. Even if it wasn't that much at all.
"No problem..." Cole replied. "that's what family is for." And Phoebe caressed his shoulder why her husband said those words that still meant so much to him.
"Uncle Cole, you ready?" Wyatt called then from the hallway.
"I'm coming..." Cole replied and after a kiss for his wife, went to catch the boy.
"See you later," Leo then said to Phoebe before orbing away.
Meanwhile Piper called from the hallway: "Do you want some juice as well, Phoebe?"
"Yeah, why not?" the empath called, as she saw her sister passing by the room. Then she leand back against the sofa, smiling because of that wonderful crazy family she had.

Hope looked at her mom with very small eyes, while Bianca closed the diaper around the girl's butt. "Oh my little princess is really tired now..." she said, while caressing the girl's belly, making Hope smile. The Bianca dressed her in a light yellow romper suit with a sleeping bunny on it.
"Now it's time for you nap. This was really an exciting morning for you, wasn't it?" she then said, while taking the girl to her arms and walking over to the rocking chair that stodd by the girl's bed. Their she sat down, knowing this was the easiest way to get her daughter to sleep. So she started to slight rock back and forth while singing in a low voice.

"Lullaby and goodnight, in the sky stars are bright. Around your head flowers g*y, set your slumbers till day. Lullaby and goodnight, in the sky stars are bright. Around your head flowers g*y, set your slumbers till day. Close your eyes now and rest, may these hours be blessed. Close your eyes now and rest, may these hours be blessed." *
Hope was asleep after the third line or so, but Bianca sand the song to the end non the less. After the last note had left her mouth, the woman rose and carefully tucked her her daughter int her bed with the teddy bear blanket. Then she went to the door and shut down the light. "Sleep well, sweetie," she said before carefully closing the door.

When the last of his students had left his classroom, Steve sat down at his desk and sighed heavily. This had been two awefull long hours for him. But again it felt good to know that those kids were interested in the Ashon, that they were curious and not prejudiced. In fact some of them suggested an excursion to the underworld to see how they live first hand. But Steve had only shaken his head and said: "We should grant them their privacy, or would you want them to come to your home to see how you live?" That had silenced them and other topics had been discussed. Steve had answered question after question. So now he felt a little tired and used the ten-minutes-break until his next class would arrive to close his eywes and take a breath.
"So alone Mr. moody," he suddenly heard a voice from the door. Actually that was the sweetest voice he knew and it maden Steve smile.
"Luckily, yes," he answered with another sigh, but didn't open his eyes.
"That bad?" Nicki asked as she walked over to him to sit on his desk.
Steve opened one eye to look at the woman in front of him, the the other... andf then he grabbed her by the hips to pull her on his lab. "No," he said, "it was good... just had to answer looooooooooooots of questions. But it was fine..."
"That#s good," Nicki replied, while her fiancé kissed her kneck lovingly.
"And how was your lunch with Veronica?" he asked then pulling her closer.
"She was a bit shocked when I told her that we stayed with your family for a while. But then she was all eager to know all about the twins."
"Yeah, that's Veronica," Steve commented chuckling and Nicki laughed at that.
Then she gave him a kiss before she rose. "I need to go to my class now. I wish you luck with the next round."
"Thanks," the demon-Elder replied. "Your last class ends at 4 pm?" Nicki nodded. "Ok, I'll pick you up... I'm thinking about a surprise for you," Steve said smiling.
"A surprise?" Nicki asked. "What are you up to?"
Steve laughed: "Well it wouldn't be a surprise if I'd tell you, right?"
Nicki shock her head at that. "Right." Then she waved at him and left, almost crushing into the first kids filling the classroom.

Piper and Phoebe just restarted their little chat when the doorbell rang. The empath sighed and rose: "I go..."
"Thanks sweetie," Piper replied, while getting a more comfortable position on the sofa, "after shopping with you and our husbands' attack I need a break."
Phoebe, while already on her way, turned to her sister, making a face.
The oldest of the Charmed Ones laughed at that as she leaned back. Then after a moment she heard the sound of the door before her sister squealing: "Awwww! Grandpa, what are you doing here?" And a second later both, Phoebe and Victor entered teh livingroom.
"Grandpa, hey!" Puiper greeted him.
"Hey... I hope I don't interupt anything important," Victor said ans he took a seat, facing his daughters.
"No, you don't" Phoebe replied.
And Piper added: "We were just relaxing abit."
"Well that's good," Vioctor replied witzh a smile, then explained," I was just around to get some stuff here already, since I got the day off. So I wanted to ask Kyle for the key and assumed he would be here."
"Oh yeah," his oldest daugther said, looking around," he's here... somehwere..."
"I guess he's in the attic," Phoebe added, "I saw him running up the stairs a couple of minutes ago."
"Oh good..." he said an rose again. "Are my grandkids here as well? It's so silent?"
"Yeah," Piper replied, rosing up as well," Christopher is taking a nap, I have to check on him anyway... and Wyatt is at the playground down the road with Cole."
And with that they both left Phoebe alone to climp up the stairs. The empath followed them with her eyes until a grin spread over her face and she rose as well to get to her labtop to finish her column and send it.
"I bet," Victor said meanwhile, as he and Piper reached the first floor, "Christopher grew a bit again."
Piper alughed at this, shaking her head: "Grandpa, you saw him five days ago..."
"Well kids grow fast at this age..."
Then they entered the nursery and Piper stopped dead at the door, finding her son's bed empty. Where is he?" She muttered as she stepped closer. But there was no note or anything(??????????????????????Really?????????????????????)... Shaking her head she turned to the ceiling and called: "CHRIS!"

As soon as Paige had taken solid form again she felt strong arms enclosing her waist.
"Where have you been?" Kyle asked, after breathing in her unique scent.
"I was at the police station," the witch-whitelighter replied. She truned around in his arms, lay her own arms around his kneck and gave him a kiss. "When you were gone I felt something going on with him... it was weird, but I felt like he was in trouble. So I orbed there to check on him," she then explained.
Kyle frowned at those words: "And was he? In trouble, I mean."
"In fact, he was... There was a man going crazy at the sation, destroying tables and so on, because he was arrested. But when I came there all was already solved, through the place was a mess and Henry had a cut over his left eye..."
"Oh..." was all Kyle said as he sat down by her side, putting an arm around her. "You ok?" He could see that she was still somehow troubled by what had happened.
"Yeah I guess..." she sighed. "You know... I never thought this would be possible, but I do care about him... Not like I care about you or my large family." At this Klye smiled and kissed her tempel. "But... when I got that feeling I really was afraid to lose him." She made a break to sigh again. Then she added: "I guess that's a whitelighter thing..."
Kyle pulled her closer in a comforting way: "Maybe you should talk to Leo," he then said, "maybe he can give you an advice how to deal with those feelings..."
"I might do that..."
"But?" Kyle added, hearing that this word was on her mind.
She smiled at him sadly: "I really need to save him, whatever it is that is after him."
Kyle nodded at that and pointed at the book: "You think you found the bad guy already?"
The whitelighter shrugged: "She's my best candidate for that job..."

Sean looked up with his bright grean eyes when the door to the Senator's office opened. Then he smiled when he saw that the senator walked in ans asked: "How was it?"
"Haven't you senn it?" Senator Egan gave back, looking tired.
Sean shook his head: "I don't like TV... it's too new-fashioned for my liking..."
"Well it was as expected," the senator answered then.
The red-head rose then, looking concerned with the state his boss was in: "You need to drink."
"I know that..." Egan gave back in a harsh way, unnerved by the world at this moment.
But Sean just grinned at him and said: "Well then... Bon Appetit." And the Senator looked back at him, smiling in a wicked way...

* I couldn't remember the words so I poached them from one of my Celine Dion CDs... Yes, I said Celine Dion... :P And I wasn't sure how much of the song you wanted me to write. So if you want more, I can add more. And that last scene is perfect right there. Very good job! I love it! :D -Jen

Edit: Added more to the song. But that's all your getting. It's just too long for a whole song, and anyway, in this version, the next stanza is in French... :P -Jen
