I saw it 2 days ago and it's absolutely amazing! Drew is great, he plays wonderful in this movie.
Don't know exactly how much popular he is in USA but it's a pity he isn't famous at the same level of the best stars of Hollywood.
I'd have a question about the film: if you judge it spoiler, pls someone could contact me privately? Well, I had my difficult to understand the dialog 'cause I later realized that there were subtitles in english :D ; what exactly happened to Jason's father?
Thanks

Man! I feel so gyped!! I usually hover around Fuller's imdb page every now and then to see what projects he is currently working on. I thought TUG was one of those small movies that only get played in certain theaters and then you gotta wait ages for it to come out on dvd (lol, like Vampire Clan). And I didn't think he was the lead role.

If only I had paid more attention. Haha. I saw TUG at my local library, got it, went straight home to watch it. So cute!! I think movies like Pay It Forward and all those are usually over-the-top with their messages of do-goodness but I really liked TUG's take on such a topic. It was great how Emily was so mean to Jason. And I really liked all the "tasks" Jason had to go through. I don't know about him getting captured and thrown in a hot box, though. Hahah. That sorta came out of nowhere and went nowhere... maybe if I read the book it would make more sense.

I suppose a scruffy guy look is always fun to juxtapose against the clean cut rich kid look. :P

Does anyone know if that movie was specifically religious? It seemed very hardcore Christian--I was just wondering what sect. Catholic? Protestant? Non-denominational?

Go then. There are other worlds than these.

You won't find that in the original book... That's someone they made up to spice up the movie.

Well, maybe I have to improve my english but...if I don't understand bad, you don't like the movies, don't you?
I'm not a cinema expert but TUG is one of the best movies I saw in the last months.
But one question get in my mind: you found "final contract" ridicoulus, "TUG" a small movie. So, there is a Drew movie did you like?
Ok, I know that one doesn't have to love all the movies that his/her favourite actor (or one of them) does but now I'm curious to know what you think of the others...

I checked out the TUG yesterday from Blockbuster. I'd been wanting to see it since I'd heard Drew was in it. I wasn't disappointed at all. It is a wonderful movie & shows how a rich kid, who is so full of himself, can stand back, realize how wrong he was about things, & try his absolute best to change not only himself but do something that is beneficial to others. When they were standing there at Gus's ranch & she tells him that her dream is to have the perfect death & that is for people who love each other & love her to be there when she dies. I would recommend this movie to anyone to see.
