I also had some health problem when I was on cruise, but this didn't stop me from going all around Italy or on cruise again...so you should let your mom know that she can trust you and that you are able to manage yourself in case you feel sick...that's what I did and they trust me...

Spain is great ! I have been there once and I camped near the Mediteranian See (Is that what it's called in English ?) And we visited Barcelona, which is an awesome city !
But if you're in that area, you should also visit Italy. I love that country even more, it's amazing. And the Italian guys are pretty great as well lol..[/quote]
