I went out for breakfast with my parents today, it was great to see them. :) We also went shopping and I got an early Christmas present. It's a large framed picture of a saxophone. The design is really great!

I spent the last four days at a craft fair, trying to sell my picture occasion cards. Let's just say my best friend did better with her sterling silver seaglass and genuine stone jewelry. :? Now I just want to relax for the next couple of days....

Glad to hear most of you are feeling fine. Hope you'll join the club soon, Tempus !
And everybody is really in christmas mood, hooray.
I'm normally not really a christmas lover, for me it's just a holiday like any other. But this year, I'm really looking forward to christmas break, because I have so much plans. I'm going to a concert, I'm celebrating New Years Eve in this really fancy restaurant, a friend of mine has a little girl (2,5 years) from Paris spending the holidays with her, which I can't wait to meet, my dad is turning 50 and he is throwing a party.
I really can't wait till school is over. Still three more weeks to go. And than I'll finally have time to get out and buy my christmas gifts and something new to wear at New Years Eve.

Other than that, I'm having a great time. I'm really busy with school, but I'm managing to keep up with all the work. And I'm in a really good mood because Saint Nicolas stopped by this weekend and I got like a ton of candy and some comic books and a new pyjama :D

Okay, rambling, but I just can't help it *lol*

I know, I found it great too :P . And I think I'm getting one more on Thursday (when it's officially Saint Nic here.) I pick up a friend of mine every morning to go to college. And her mom is really thankful that I pick her up every day and she really wanted to buy me a gift..

And I'm going to a concert of Clouseau. They're one of the biggest bands in Belgium ever. I mean, they're not famous outside our country, but everyone in Belgium knows them. And every year, they do a concert series in Sportpaleis (a concert hall for 17000 people) in December. This year they are playing 15 (!) shows, all of which are practically sold out. And I wasn't able to go last year and the year before, so I'm really glad I'm going in a couple of weeks..

And you guys are putting up that tree quite late in Germany. My mom hasn't decorated it yet (we have a fake tree), butI think she'll do somewhere the next two weeks. But anyway, I hope you find a fantastic tree !

@Loor: Well... could it be that in belgium St. Nicholas is more important that Christmas? I know in some contries it is like this, and from what you said it's seems to me like this...

@llorena: You should add your country to your profile *wink*

Well, in germany it's comon to put the tree up around December 22nd 23rd. But all the other stuff (candles, figures, angels, stars, etc) we take out before the first advent sunday...

Here in Canada, it's put the tree up whenever you feel like it. lol Some people have had there Christmas lights on outside almost since Halloween ended. But most people start decorating around the 1st. (Which means yesterday.) We'll put our tree up in about a week or two. And I'm always the one to pick it out. If I don't, my dad will pick some horrific monstrosity. lol And I also seem to decorate a lot of trees. My own, my parents, my grandparents. I even sometimes help my best friend and her parents put up theirs. I already put up tree number one this year, too. So much work for someone who has gotten over the whole Christmas hoopla. And I was in church today too. Watching our annual carol festival. And our town had it's annual Santa Claus parade on Friday. I missed that because I stayed late at the craft show. But that's ok. I heard it was freezing outside and the parade was short.
