HA HA...found out what happens to Trevor...

Denise gets a welcome surprise. Claudia Joy and Michael become concerned when they learn of their daughter Amanda's relationship with Jeremy. While playing with the boys, Trevor injures himself which puts his deployment on hold. Roxy's mother Marda pays the family an unexpected visit.

This is next week's episode...thanks to lifetimetv.com for that tidbit.

So... what do you think about the last Episode (means epi 5)? I liked it a lot more than the one before... The scene with Trevor and Roxy in bed was cute... and I love that talk between Trevor and Pemela's husband... But what I liked most was how Claudia Joy fight to get that funeral for that guy... That was impressing.

I agree with you chrissy..although I wonder what made her hubby change his mind about the funeral. Also, the speech at the end...made me teary-eyed. Really moving and powerful. I am really loving Roland too...the guy is so strong..and willing to fight for his wife despite everything. Next coupla weeks should be fun episodes...with Roxy's mom coming and Trevor's deployment delayed..and Roxy's bday party. It will be fun to see..

article that came out..summing up that filming will remain in charleston for next season if picked up..and they will know next week if there will be a season 2..

Kim Delaney of the Lifetime original series "Army Wives."
"Army Wives" is to return for another tour of duty in the Charleston region, on the likely condition that the up-and-coming cable television series gets renewed for a second season.

The makers of the Lifetime Network show threatened last month to move production after the state tweaked financial incentives it offers the film industry.

ABC Studios agreed to keep shooting the show in the Lowcountry after a meeting Thursday that included its executives and state Commerce Secretary Joe Taylor, whose agency oversees film incentives.

At issue were 20 percent wage rebates, which the state began offering film production companies last year to attract more movie business to South Carolina. Concerned that the state was not getting the return it anticipated, the Commerce Department's Coordinating Council approved a plan to scale back the incentives starting this month for workers who are not South Carolina residents.

But the state has since clarified that the changes apply only to "transient" feature films and do not affect employees on TV series, including "Army Wives."

"It was just a good meeting of the minds, to understand some of the intentions behind the legislation and to understand how that could fit in with how our business works," said Bryan Noon, vice president for finance and planning for ABC Studios.

The Coordinating Council is scheduled to revisit wage rebates for TV series at its next meeting.

The producers of "Army Wives" are wrapping up a five-month shoot in the Charleston area, with much of the activity taking place on the old Navy base. It was unclear Tuesday when taping will begin for the next season.

Lifetime, which airs "Army Wives" on Sunday nights, is expected to announce as early as next week that it is picking up the series for another season.

The show, which stars Catherine Bell and Kim Delaney, has been a hit. It premiered last month to 3.5 million viewers, setting a record for the cable network. The ratings have been climbing ever since.

I watched the first 4 episodes and i think the show is great. Not usually something i would watch, i pretty much checked it out because i wanted to see it because of Drew but i am really getting into the show and even though there has been eps that we dont see much of Drew i actually like the show loads, it has a strong meaning behind it.

Saw up to epi 5, and I loved it again. I like young Jeremy too. I mean, the role as a role. Drew's scene was cute... And the kids!!!

Gotta say I completely understand the colonel -or whatever grade he is- when he decides not to give that man a military funeral... He was doing his job, what i didn't like is seeing that man shot. That wasn't a good decision. Anyway, I like that they end up having that funeral, for the wife and kids.

I have to say i never thought this show would be something i would watch. I really did not know of it until my sister made me sit and watch it, but i am glad because it really has a strong meaning behind this show.

Despite if Drew was in it or not i think i would still watch this show because i really enjoy seeing the day to day lives of the wives and how they have to cope with seeing their loved ones shipped out.

I feel for Joan and i would not begin to even understand what her life is like and how she copes with her duty as a Soldier and wife.

I love Pamela Moran i think she is strong character and what she went through having to give up her job as a police officer to stay with her husband and become an army wife takes alot of will power.

I feel for Denise as i would hate to have to go through life having your teenage son beat up on you, i think this character shows strength and courage to keep this from her husband.

The whole story behind it is great and i also love the friendship factor, how the wives despite their differences and one fatal night, have brought them all together and they each hold different values but you know they will always be there for each other.
