So here's another picture of me at the icesculptures, me and the book of magic. Drinking some gluhwein and trying to get that book open but it doesn't work



oh yeah and it's -7 degrees in there, so for that i was wearing 3 t-shirts, a jacket, a scarf from bayern munchen (soccer) and gloves.

Nice picture there, Jody! -7°C... Brrrr.... I haven't check what it was outside today, but it was still snowing this afternoon, and it's windy right now... And that is one cool book... Pun intended... lol

@Jen and Jody: I think it's easy to eat with chop-sticks... I always eat my sushi or those noddles with them...

@Chrissy: Well, I don't find it that hard to eat with chopsticks... I just don't get the chance to practice enough... But tomorrow I'm working, (10am to 8pm... ) and Isabelle and I have been thinking about buying some Chinese for supper. And since the Chinese restaurant is practically next door (just the hairdresser's between us), it will be easy to get some... So I'll bring my camera and my "chopsticks-for-dummies" and take a few pics and post them here after! lol And as for whether or not Isabelle uses chopsticks... Not so much... lol

@Chrissy: I think it's from the cold, i actually didn't see that i had a red nose . I only had 1 Glühwein . I'm gonna learn how to eat with sticks I think.

Home at last!!! What a long day! The highlight was definitely the Chinese food! So, here are the pictures...

The first one is my food... And those green things sticking out are the chopsticks! lol Like I said... Chopsticks-for-dummies... Though, it's still hard to pick up the rice... lol



And here is me, chopsticks in hand with a chicken ball... And if you look closely, you can see the beaded watch strap I made, and my white hair..... lol Oh, and my chipping black nail polish left over from Halloween... lol

@Jody..great pics of the book and it sure does make me miss the cold (still warm here)

@Jen...don't feel bad. When I first moved to California and visited a Japanese restaurant, everyone laughed at me sloshing my food around with chopsticks. But after 6 months, I was able to master it and while I only occasionally drop something, I enjoy using them. I do agree with Chrissy that your chopsticks look like a big clothespin (LOL). But keep at it, you'll get better. Also, thanks for keeping us updated with your pics..always enjoy looking at em

@Simo...love the new haircut...and I agree with Chrissy that it does make you seem more mature (not that you weren't before because we know you are). Also, I would like to see one with a big smile on your face *wink*

@chrissy...I have to laugh because as I go back and read comments from the past coupla days, I think in my head of what I am going to say..and by the time I get to your comments..its the same...lol. I think you are reading my mind...haha

@Kim: You know, three years ago I went to Montreal for my aunt's funeral, and we went to a Chinese restaurant after. One of my cousins showed me how to use chopsticks then. I actually handled them better that day then I have since! lol But I really do have to practice more often. And hey, no one said you have to eat Chinese food to use them... And yeah, they really do look like big clothes pins! lol That's what I thought they were when I first saw them at the dollarstore. lol And your welcome. I'm glad you enjoy looking my pictures.
