Hmmm.... Maybe they had a fight and Chris wanted an advice...
Or even better, maybe Wyatt was already off to college while Chris was still in Highschool.

Yes, true. Or maybe Wyatt was taken by demons, and Chris needed Grams help to get him back.

Yeah! Like maybe also Wyatt had to do something at P3. You never know he could've taken up the management there for their mom. Though I wonder if Chris had ever contacted Grams before he went to the past to save Wy.....

Grams is the nickname for Penny Halliwell who was Patty's mom, and was Piper, Phoebe, Prue and Paige's grandmother, which makes her Wyatt and Chris' great-grandmother.

I found another one, eh eh!
In "Crimes and witch demeanors" (I think), Chris seems happy that he can see his birth but, in the last episode he hurries the sister to send him back in the future!
A little curiosity: in "It's a bad bad world", Chris says that it'll be his birthday in a pair of days. In the reality, Drew's birthday would have been in 3 days!

Well, I wouldn't call Chris changing his mind about seeing himself born, a contradiction. He just had more time to think about what might or might not go wrong....
And for your second point, it's possible the writers knew when the episode would air, and that Drew's birthday would be soon after, so they added that on purpose.

Maybe he thinks that, if Piper and Leo get together again, this will avoid that she'll dead.
Or, if Piper will die 'cause of Wyatt, if Chris has reached to change the future, that will change her destiny
