ANOTHER SPOILER WARNING

ok..just watched episode 2 and this week was nice..because Trevor not only narrates most of the episode...but he is in several scenes in Iraq. It's nice to see him back on the screen. The preview for next week shows Roxy getting the phone call that Trevor's been injured...ok..that's all I can say :)

Aww is that what the phone call is about??? I know it couldn't be that he is dying because someone said he's going to be back in a few episode, but i didn't predict the injury thing either.

Wow!! All that sounds sooo cool!!!! (I don't check the forum for a day, and end up sooo behind... lol) Thanks so much, Kim, for all that info! And I hope, Kelly, you can get those clips online. They sound so cute!

So I'm doing some serious bouncing around on sites to see what the army wives thought of episode 2...and wow...they do not like the Iraq scenes and sure have alot of not so nice things to say about Trevor. I was kinda wondering how they would react because there was alot of Iraqi scenes that Trevor narrated in a letter to Roxy. It seems that alot of them don't wanna know the reality of Iraq...but to keep the focus on post. I personally think that all they showed this week..leads into Trevor's heroism of next week. Just my opinion though...

Thanks for sharing, Kim! God, I really wish I could watch it! :(

Oh! While I was preparing my lunch this afternoon, my mom was watching The View, and I heard them say the names Catherine Bell and Kim Delaney, and I immediatly ran into the living room and sat in front of the TV. It was a fairly short interview, and they talked mostly about Claudia Joy and Denise, and last season's finale and this ones premiere, the ratings, and a couple little things that had happened to Catherine and Kim off set. And sadly they didn't show any clips, or even mention Drew/Trevor or Sally/Roxy. But it was still nice to see, and the audience got to go home with the first season DVD....

Haven't seen it yet... But from what Kim posted... Yeah I understand them. For them THIS is real. In this position, I wouldn't want to watch this, too... then again, I don't think I would watch this whole show.

I am so addicted to Army Wives of course. Sorry I havent been around much on the boards but it has been crazy hectic around my household.

Okay coming from an Army Wife I will say that seeing the scenes of Iraq and Trevor there it really hurts us Army Wives whos hubbys are over there at the moment. It really does bring on a lot of emotions for us. It is not that they are hating on Trevor or anything like that it is just the emotions it brings on. We hear from our loved ones the horrors of what goes on over there that we can only picture in our heads, or even them not even telling us anything. Like for me right now it is really hard though and the show is hitting home more then ever for me at the moment. This is hubbys 3rd summer in a row being gone, our sons 3rd birthday in a row being gone. Our son is going to be six and so this is really hard to him. Hubby has only been home like 4 to six months each time in between and just left last month again. So I hope this gives more of an understanding on how those scenes affect us spouses.

On another note loving my DVD of season 1 that I got in the mail. I am on it along with a bunch of my fellow wives and kids too.

some new videos at http://www.mylifetime.com and I'm not sure if those of you out of the USA can get them..but in case you can't..they were a bunch of little videos asking each of the cast a different question. Some of drew's answers..

fav food..."used to be sushi but I got sick alot so now I'm off the sushi and on to maybe a really good pasta dish with a nice glass of red wine.."

personal hygiene must have..."toothbrush...because my mom's a dentist and my uncle's a dentist and its important to have fresh breath I guess.."

what he does to decompress..."I ride my motorcycle or a pedal bike on the road and kinda get out of my head and just enjoy how beautiful life is.."

childhood aspirations..."I saw top gun when I was 9 and wanted to be a fighter pilot..then an astronaut...then a professional surfer..so I settled on acting at around age 15"

what's the last song on your ipod..."Feist did a cover of a beegee's song and its one of my all time favorite songs...and I'm trying to uh...(singing it out loud to come up with the name)..I don't know the name..
(I looked it up ...it was called Inside and Out...)

First job..."I did gift wrap at a surf shop for like 12 days when I was 14 or 15 years old..."

My first paycheck..."the manager cut me a check..and he said..I think you'll find this more than sufficient..and it was something like $60 and I was just mortified..right then and there I knew..normal work..not for me.."

The last book I read..."I just finished a book by jose saramago called Blindness which is being made into a movie. Jose sarmago won a nobel prize for literature..so I just finished it and it was awesome..it was really dark and beautiful, it was really nice."

My guilty pleasure..." I have a treat after every meal. I like sweets. It's not like I feel guilty about it..it's like its not good for you... all right..I'll do it.."

My days off..."go to the beach, play basketball, ride my bike, walk my dog, work on my house..just normal things I do anytime"

Thanks for telling us all this Kim. *sweet* Can you give me the exact link of the videos, because I can't find them...

And I finally saw Episode 2 just a couple of minutes ago and... Well... I just feel the need to say that I don't like the scenes with Drew euther. Not because it was a bad performance or so, but because it was... I don't know... I guess it was just too real for me. *shrug* But for me the show is always walking on my porsonal edge between love and hate, because I DO HATE such sows usually. I don't like to watch the real life this much, I guess. That's why I prefer the real fictional stuff. And I'm sure without Drew I would never in a billion years watch this. But I do because of him, and I kind of like it even... But this was a little to much for what I like to see on screen. And I can perfectly understand everyone who feels the same way.

the link for the videos is http://www.mylifetime.com and its just the little media player on the right hand side...if you click play..it will cycle through them all..there are like 10 little ones each about 1:30 in length. They really are cute :)
